What are 1:1 Virtual Appointments?

 Whereas Online Events aimed to help property managers and residents stay virtually engaged through community gatherings such as virtual happy hours, group workout classes, community trivia nights, and much more, 1:1 Virtual Appointments allows an all-new space for individual meetings such as maintenance needs and leasing, while helping you maintain social distancing guidelines.

Plus, with 1:1 Virtual Appointments, eliminate the back and forth with organizing schedules using our in-app live calendar. Schedule your availability each week, allowing residents to schedule blocks of time directly from their app to meet with you.

Let's Get Down to Basics

To create 1:1 Virtual Appointment slots for your residents:

    • Simply navigate to Reservations and select New Space
    • Add in general details for the recurring meeting block and select "Yes - will create Zoom meeting for all reservations" under Virtual Appointment Calendar?
    • Pick an Open Time and Close Time along with the Maximum reservation time to set parameters for when and how long residents can schedule time with you. 
    • Click Complete to finalize.

When a resident reserves a time within the Virtual Appointment calendar, you and the resident will receive a notification confirming the reservation. 

To ensure security of the Zoom link, the resident and any staff designated as meeting host will receive a link* to join the call at the meeting's start time. 

*Zoom app is required for residents to login to a scheduled Virtual Appointment

Are there time limits for conversations?

Virtual Appointment Calendars only allow a maximum reservation time of 30 minutes.

 

Am I required to have my own Zoom license to use at our community?

Nope! We generate unique Mobile Doorman Zoom meeting rooms for you and your residents to use.
